Pre-payment is required to secure your reservation. The timing of the payment and the cancellation policy, including when you can cancel free of charge, will depend on the dates of your stay and the specific offer under which your booking was made.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Once your reservation is complete, the reservations team will send you a secure online payment link which you can settle the payment via your credit card. Alternatively, we do accept bank transfers as well.
What are the payment methods while at the Hotel?
Credit card, debit card, and cash payments are accepted. For credit cards, we accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Union Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder, upon check-in at the hotel.
Please note, according to legislation, partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.

If the room is unoccupied, the hotel may approve earlier entrance. However, due to high occupancy, if you are planning to arrive early in the morning and you want to ensure that the room is ready, we suggest that you book an additional overnight prior to your arrival.
May I use the Hotel’s Facilities before my check-in or after my check-out?
All the Hotel’s Facilities are available for guests to be used by the time you arrive in the hotel, and after your check out
If I arrive before my check-in time, can I drop my bag somewhere?
THE DOLLI provides secure luggage storage for your luggage and personal belongings.
Is it possible to have a confirmed late check out?
A day before your departure a late check out may be confirmed at the reception. There are different options with applicable charges to choose according to the availability the Hotel shall have. However, if you are planning to depart rather late and you want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that you book in advance an overnight with your reservation.
What is the environmental tax? Am I obligated to pay it?
In compliance with legal regulations, a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €15.00 per room, per night is applied from April 1st to October 31st . The fee is settled directly by the guest at check-out. From November 1st to March 31st , the fee is adjusted to €4.00 fee per room, per night.
Can we have twin beds?
Our standard setup includes king beds. Twin beds can be requested, but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, we can arrange the king bed with separate linens for added comfort.
How often are bed sheets and towels changed?
For sustainability reasons, bed sheets are changed every two days. Towels are replaced upon request when left in the designated area. Guests who prefer daily changes can have them arranged upon request.
Is tap water drinkable?
The tap water at THE DOLLI is safe to drink. We also offer complimentary bottled water daily in the room, with a set amount provided each day.
Can we add an extra bed in the room?
An extra bed can be added only in the Metropolis Junior Suite for a child up to 11 years old. For safety reasons and due to the room configuration, extra beds cannot be added in other room types.
Does the hotel provide Iron & Ironing board in the room?
All rooms are equipped with a hand steamer for refreshing clothes. Iron and ironing boards are available upon request for a limited time due to security regulations. Additionally, ironing services can be arranged for an extra charge.
What type of power outlets are available in the rooms?
The hotel features European Type F (Schuko) sockets. The standard voltage is 230V / 50Hz. Guests from countries with different plug types will need a European plug adapter, which we can provide upon request. Additionally, USB ports are available in the rooms for convenient device charging.
Is the hotel accessible to Mobility Impaired Guests?
The Grand Deluxe Room is specially designed to accommodate mobility-impaired guests, and all public areas of the hotel are fully accessible.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are warmly welcomed at THE DOLLI. Owners are kindly requested to adhere to specific rules and terms, and pets are permitted up to a maximum of 8 kg with an additional charge.
Is the pool heated?
Our rooftop open pool is heated, though the temperature may vary depending on external weather conditions.

The hotel provides complimentary baby equipment, including highchairs in all restaurants, cots, bathtubs, baby monitors, pushchairs, and more. Specific items can be arranged in advance for a comfortable stay with little ones.

THE DOLLI does not have a traditional spa, but we offer a 24-hour gym and sauna. We can also arrange access to nearby spas and wellness facilities, as well as in-room wellness services.
Do I need to book the sauna in advance?
The sauna is available 24 hours. No booking is necessary, but please inform us in advance so we can prepare the space for you.
Does the hotel offer salon services?

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment in compliance with the anti-smoking law. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. All our rooms are non-smoking to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Please note that if smoking occurs in a guest room, a cleaning fee of €100 will be applied to the room bill at checkout to cover the cost of restoring the space.
